Pricing & availability

There are pros and cons to accessing therapy privately versus through the health service. A rule of thumb is that you are generally seen faster, and of course you have some flexibility in terms of choosing a therapist you feel might be suited to your needs. Where, when, how and for how long are also important factors for many seeing a therapist privately. That said, there is a cost attached to this too.

Having worked for the NHS mental health service for a long time I understand the complexities that you face when accessing therapy through the conventional route. For this reason I strive to offer a service that is financially accessible to as many people as possible, irrelevant of income.

Currently sessions are priced at £60.00.

Due to continuing to work for the NHS Monday - Thursday, my availability is limited to Friday’s, operating mostly from Clifton but with some availability also from a sister office in Queen’s Square. There is generally good flexibility with appointment times on this day.
